Can you build more efficient matrix multiplication quantum circuits than GPU?
Optimize block-encoding quantum circuits for a fixed 65,536-dimensional structured matrix operator that would demand GPU-class dense general matrix multiplication work: ~563 TFLOPs of arithmetic and ~192 GB VRAM to store complex128 dense matrices.
